From June 5 to 7, Malaga hosted the XXIX edition of MAPFRE’s International Global Risks Seminar.
For three days, more than 460 risk managers and experts from the insurance sector gathered at the Trade Fair and Congress Center of Malaga (FYCMA) under the theme “The opportunities of a present in Revolution”. Once again, this edition was a resounding success, both for the quality of the speakers and moderators, as well as for the topics they dealt with. After the presentation and welcome by Eduardo Pérez de Lema, who was attending for the first year as president of MAPFRE Global Risks, Bosco Francoy, CEO, wanted to share with the attendees the good results obtained by the company, despite the fact that these have not been without difficulties.
For his part, José Manuel Inchausti, First Vice President of MAPFRE, put the finishing touch by highlighting the quality of the service offered by the Unit and which characterizes the already consolidated trajectory of MAPFRE Global Risks.

Fire Defense Competitions
The Fire Fighting Competition began in 1969, with the purpose of spreading the spirit of fire prevention among large companies.
Emergency intervention teams from large MAPFRE Global Risks client companies measure their preparation and skill in extinguishing fires in this competition, which has become a classic in our Unit.
